<p>This job is offered to graduates only and to qualify you must respect the following criteria:</p>
<ul>
<li>have been unemployed or underemployed (ie not in graduate employment) for at least&nbsp;13 weeks</li>
<li>live within the GCC Boundary</li>
<li>have gained your graduate qualification after May 2009</li>

<p>The Glasgow Bike Station were awarded first prize at the Scottish Green List National Awards on the 13th March. The Scottish Green List 2012 was an event set to honour the passion, drive and bright ideas of people of all age, working to make a difference to sustainable development in Scotland.</p>
<p>Gregory Chauvet (Project Manager Glasgow Bike Station) said, &ldquo;I am extremely proud of all at The Bike Station for their continued hard work throughout the year and honoured to win such a prestigious award.&rdquo;</p>
<p>The Glasgow Bike Station collected a further two awards on the 14th March at the Grow Green Awards at the Winter Gardens, Glasgow Green. The first was for Best Sustainable Transport Project in Glasgow and the second for Outstanding Green Project in Glasgow.</p>
<p>The awards were to recognise individuals, groups, schools, and local businesses that made a real difference; whether getting people out on their bikes, growing their own food or even setting up community composting schemes.</p>
<p>Greg said, &ldquo;These awards act as a catalyst for everyone at The Bike Station. It pushes us all to work towards a more cycle and environmentally friendly Glasgow.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Britain's Biggest Bike Fix is an ambitious attempt to fix as many bikes as possible during one week.</p>
<p>The Bike Station will be doing its bit:</p>
<p>At Dr Bike's we'll be fixing bikes cycled to us on the day, with our mobile workshop on location in <a href="http://www.innertubemap.com" target="_blank">Edinburgh*</a>and <a href="http://www.thebikestation.org.uk/glasgow/" target="_blank">Glasgow</a>.</p>
<p>At Fix Your Own Bike sessions in the Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth Bike Stations.</p>
<p>And at each Bike Station, our mechanics will be repairing as many old, discarded bikes as possible.</p>
