Bicycle sales

The Bike Station's aim is to help people start and keep cycling, and that begins with the bicycle. So our shop stocks everything you'll need to keep your bike in perfect condition. With the emphasis on old parts reclaimed from donated bikes, there is no more cost effective or ecological way to get a bike.

Every penny spent at the Bike Station helps support our work promoting cycling in all its forms.

We sell all kinds of cycles from top end racey road bikes to mud plugging mountain bikes, but due to the nature of our charity, we can't guarantee you'll find exactly what you are looking for on your first visit. We always have a wide range of bikes available, however, as our stock changes on a week-to-week basis then if you're looking for something a little special, feel free to call us in advance.

When you buy from us, you can be sure of the quality, that’s because we’re approved by Revolve – Scotland’s national accreditation for organisations that sell quality refurbished and reconditioned goods.

All of our bicycles are fully serviced and reconditioned by fully qualified expert bike mechanics and all come with a three-month full warranty (that covers everything but punctures) for your peace of mind.  We only repair and refurbish a bike we would cycle ourselves, so we guarantee you'll get a great cycling experience.

Prices

The average price of an adult's bike is around £85, but prices start at £80.

Children's bikes are priced by wheel size and start at £30.

We have free parking in front of the shop if you're coming by car so you can easily transport your new wheels home.

As an organisation we’re fully committed to providing great products, good value and excellent customer service.

Along side all the previously enjoyed cycles that we sell, we do sell a small range of new bikes from Raleigh and Dawes.
