Looking for a fun, low impact and FREE way to improve your health in 2017?

Cycling being a form of transport is one of the easiest ways to fit exercise into your daily routine. It saves you money, gets you fit and is good for the environment.  It's a low-impact type of exercise, so it's easier on your joints than running or other high-impact aerobic activities. All you need is some comfy clothes and a waterproof jacket. 

Interested? Join the Glasgow Bike Station for regular social cycling sessions in your area:

Gorbals - Monday 10:00 - 12:00

Meeting Point: The Barn Youth Centre, 37 Abbotsford Pl, Glasgow G5 9QS

Castlemilk - Tuesday 9:30 - 11:30
