Our qualified and quality-assured leaders and cycle trainers can get your group out participating in one of the most fun and social activities there is, with all the benefits of shared learning, structured support and healthy activity.

Group cycle training revolves around skills training and guided cycle rides which visit local areas of interest by the cycle network and on road, as well as day trips to cycling locations such as Glentress Forest and the other 7 Stanes Mountain Bike centres (www.7stanes.gov.uk).

Customers currently include schools through the Active Schools programme, the NHS as well as numerous youth and community groups.

This is a good option for those who want to go out with a group of friends or people of similar skills to share experience in a friendly environment, youth group leaders, and those looking for group activities lead by qualified instructors. All our instructors are qualified and covered by full insurance. All activities are fully risk assessed.

Costs vary, depending on the number of participants and the locations, but the Bike Station strives to make cycle training as affordable as possible. Some groups may qualify for free activities, and we can help fundraise for others.
